I enjoyed hopping on the Kicking off Christmas Blog Hop this past week. Amber at Staying Crafty picked me to receive a terrific stamp set. She has an amazing blog and she is so talented. I saw so many wonderful projects. I hope you get a chance to visit Amber. Thank you very much Amber for picking me. I really appreciate it.

I am currently doing a blog hop, Advent Calendars. One of the blogs has a giveaway with Shabby Vanity for a blog makeover. Not only 1 but 2 . You get one for a friend, too. Isn't that fantastic?
Check this out at The Scrapbooking Queen or The Shabby Vanity. It's incredible.

Did everyone shop today and get what they wanted? I actually got just what I was after. I even managed to get 4 of the new Lites. YEA!!! I've been up since 2:30 am and I'm trying to relax without going to bed too early. So I decided to post the last Christmas card I made. I used Spongebob on my card. I think it turned out really cute. Hope you like it.
I used Spongebob and Christmas Cheer.
God Bless you all and have a wonderful weekend.

Good morning! Hope everyone is well. I have another MM card for you. I really like this one. After making the first one ,this one "took-hold" in my brain and wouldn't let go. There's also another rattling around up there but I haven't made it yet. Anyway, here it is. I used a CB die for the front and MM on the inside, Mickey font for the head silhouettes and CAC (I think) for the lights. Thanks for looking. Have a great day and a great Thanksgiving.
God Bless and be safe. Stephanie

Today in my comment section I had a message. My friend Theresa at
http://miislucky.blogspot.com/, gave me the Stylish Blogger Award. I was so shocked. Really made my day. Theresa is a faithful follower who always lifts my spirits and inspires me. I always look forward to her posts, she does exceptional work. She makes me step out of my comfort zone
and gives me the nudge I sometimes need. So I thank her very much for thinking of me.
There are some rules.
1.Thank and link back to the person who awarded you. Thanks again Theresa.
2.Share 8 things about yourself.
3.Pay forward to 8 bloggers you've discovered.
4.Contact the 8 bloggers to tell them about the award.
1. I've been happily married to my husband for 40 years.
2. I have 4 grown sons, 4 grandsons and 1 great granddaughter.
3. I have 4 beautiful and very talented younger sisters.
4. I used to do decorative painting but it doesn't work at this point in my life.
5. I bought my Expression 2 years ago and it gave me a much-needed creative outlet.
6. I love to cook.
7. Christmas is my favorite holiday. (love to decorate)
8. Everybody Loves Raymond is my favorite sitcom. (I have all 9 seasons)
It's hard to choose just 8 blogs to present this award to, but here goes.
Now I have to contact these 8 talented bloggers.
Theresa, I just want to thank you one more time and wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving. Stephanie

I have a son who loves Mickey Mouse. I decided to use MM in some Christmas cards. The front of the card has MM head silhouettes for ornaments. Mickey's silhouette decorates the inside of the card. I had fun making this one. I'll have another one tomorrow. Thanks for looking and I thank you for being such loyal followers.
God Bless and have a great night. Stephanie

Good afternoon, well, I guess it's almost evening. Anyway hope everyone had a nice weekend. I've gotten a lot of Christmas shopping done. Everything that's bought is wrapped. YEA! When my hubby ges back from hunting we are putting up the christmas tree. YEA!! Now on to the cards. I'm only posting a couple of them now. They are pretty simple. I used Christmas cards cart for both of these.
God Bless everyone and have a pleasant evening. Stephanie

Good afternoon. Hope it's good. I'm going to try to post this again. Yesterday, blogger wouldn't cooperate.
I think this is the last Thanksgiving card. I've got to start wrapping and decorating my gift bags. I want to be through with all this by December. After this stuff I want to be able to make cards and projects. I really want to make a Christmas banner. But I have to do this stuff first. I have to make deals with myself, do "have-to" before I can play. Any of you have to do that?
Anyway, I used Thanksgiving and Celebrate with Flourish and DCWV papers on a kraft card.
Thanks for looking and God Bless. Stephanie

Good evening. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was pretty busy and I've got a busier week ahead. Anyway, back to business. My friend and neighbor lost her mom last week. She had been sick for a while. It's really hard, all our mother's are around the same age and not well. Something we all have to go through. Here's the card I made. I used the Easter 2010, Lyrical Letters, and Paper Lace and a few pearls. Thanks for looking.
God Bless you all and have a great week. Stephanie

Hope everyone had a great day. I haven't been able to sit and create lately. So this evening I had to make some 3D pumpkins for my grandson. He wanted 4. From there I just went into card mode, sort of. All I could do was this simple one. At least I did something. I used the Thanksgiving cart for the whole thing. I told you it was simple. Anyway, here it is.
God Bless and may we all be creative tomorrow. Stephanie

Good Morning! I hope everyone is doing well. I'm so excited. I got another card made last night. The idea came to me as I was blog hopping yesterday. You know how it is, you just have to create it or bust.
I used Hoot n Holler, Wild Card and Storybook for this cute card. At least I thought it was cute and funny. (not everyone "gets" my humor) Anyway thanks for looking, hope it was worth your time.
I just want to say "Thank You" to all my wonderful followers for taking the time to visit each week. It's not always easy, I know. You can spend half a day just visiting blogs. Maybe with time we can add some more friends to visit with us.
OK, so here's the card. God Bless each one of you and may you all have a creative day. Stephanie

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone is having a beautiful day. My hubby is hunting and it's just me and my grandson here. We don't have anything "pressing" to do. We have the whole day to do whatever we want. Of course, I don't want to say this too loud. The "responsibility fairy" may decide I need a chore. So it's a secret. shhhh! So as I am crafting the day away, I'm praying there are no emergencies. Anyway, after I cut out a grasshopper for Gabe, I actually made a Thanksgiving card. It's really simple, but I got it finished. I used Thanksgiving cart, cuttlebug, stickles and a sticker for Happy Thanksgiving. The word art is beautiful on this cart but for some reason it would not cut Happy Thanksgiving cleanly.

Good morning everyone! Alright, so it isn't morning anymore. It was the first time I tried to post this. Had trouble with my post and had to try later. I went to JoAnn's this morning and they had Straight from the Nest, I was so excited! I kept looking and they also had Nifty Fifties and Birthday Bash. Yea me! All on sale. So I'm a happy camper.
Ok back to the card. I also got a card made last night. I used Lovely Floral and Bloom (Lites), Elegant Cakes, and Plantin. She loves jewel tones and I found the right paper in the DCWV Christmas stack. Her birthday is Dec. 21. I think she'll like it.
So thanks for looking and have a crafty afternoon.
God Bless and ya'll come back now, ya hear? Stephanie

Hi, everyone, just thought I would post a picture of our 3 youngest grandson ghouls. They are 5, 7, and 10. We were all worn out. Now we can try to recuperate for a year. Hope everyone got through the weekend OK.
I wish everyone a crafty week. I sure hope tomorrow I can create something, I've got several new cartridges to play with.
God Bless you all.
