Oct. 31 - skeleton cut at 1.24, spiders cut at 2.06 and 5.09, spider web cut at 5., black cat cut at 2.53
Mini Monsters - headstone and skull and crossbones cut at 2.06
Chic and Scary - bats cut at 1., 1.24, 1.59
MS Seasonal - Boo cut at 2.29
lots of spooky glitter and store bought stretchy spider webbing

Treats for school

Happy Halloween Eve! I can't believe it's almost November. It's just going by too fast.
Tomorrow my grandson gets to wear his costume to school and bring treats for his class. Today they are taking school pics. Everyday I have something to remember. So far this week I have not mixed up what was happening  each day.  It's hard to keep it all straight.
So here's the treat bags I fixed for his class.Very simple - 2x3 rectangle folded in half for the topper with a pumpkin from Gypsy Wanderings cut at 1.83.
He was happy about them. Come back tomorrow to see his decorated pumpkin for the 1st grade contest.

1st Christmas card

Good afternoon everyone. It's finally Friday. Yippee! I'm so glad not to have to be out by 8:00 in the morning. If all goes well, it'll be coffee and emails for an hour or so in the morning. Yea!
Ok, lets get on with this post. This card was made from a sketch for a challenge. I forgot to add embossing so I can't enter the challenge. I'm glad I decided to make a Christmas card so at least it's useful. It's a simple card but it took me forever. I couldn't decide on papers and patterns. I just knewe I wanted to use the new Teresa Collins Dec 25 cart.

Midcounty Madness

Hi everyone. This weekend is Midcounty Madness for our high school. This is our biggest rivalry game. Port Neches-Groves (us) plays Nederland (our next-door town) Great fun and team spirit. Here in southeast Texas high school is very BIG. All the schools in the district participate. There are hall parades and pep rallys at all the schools.
My 7yr. old grandson had to make a drum for their parade.  Our colors are purple and white. EVERYONE wears the colors. It's just a part of our lives. We are the Port Neches-Groves Indians. (PN-G, NDN's) My grandson can't wait till it's time for the parade.
Here's his drum.

Birthday candle

Hi, everyone. Hope you're all having a good week so far.
A dear friend of our's had a birthday last Sunday. She loves candles so we got her a Circle E candle. (very popular in this neck of the woods) Of course I had to decorate it a little.
Unfortunately I didn't use my cricut on this. It  was all Cuttlebug and dies. I think she'll like it. Correction, I used my cricut to make the bow on the envelope. It is on the Artiste cart.
