Mojo Monday sketch #282

Happy Wednesday, everyone. I thought I'd try a sketch today.
At Mojo Monday there is a couple of great sketches, round or square. It's a simple one but fun.
I tried to put a picture of the sketch but I can't get it to upload
Anyway it's at Mojo Monday # 282. Here's my take on it.

DT-3D flowers

You know the best thing about Mondays? We have a new challenge at BBBTB2. Our lovely and talented leader, Susan ,picked this fun challenge,
We are to use the 3D rose from Art Philosophy or any 3D flower from any cart. Hope you'll play along. Just remember to use your cricut. I decided to decorate a gift bag. Hope you like it.
Recipe:
Art Philosophy - 3-3D flowers cut at 1 @ 1/4 ,1 @ 1/2,  & one @ 2; twig with leaves cut 2x's at 2.41; leaves cut at 1.71

Baby Shower gift

Hi, all. Hope you're having a great week. I've been sick for almost 2 weeks and haven't created anything. Finally yesterday I felt like making something. About time, too. I needed a card and bag for a baby shower gift for my cousin's daughter.  This is her first and it's a boy. No way she was getting store bought.

DT-amethyst and cake or cupcake

Hi, all. Can you believe February is almost over? Today I'm hosting the challenge at BBTB2.We're also welcoming our new DT member, Melanie Brown to the family. Lots of you know her. She was one of the first blogs I followed, Courtney Lane Designs, when I started my blog. Glad to have you, Melanie.
 I chose amethyst and a cake or cupcake for the theme. February is a very busy birthday month for my family. But I think I'm done with them. This one is for my great granddaughter, Alex, whose birthday is next month.

Love is in the Air

Hi, everyone. This is a fun holiday. It makes me think of chocolate. YUM!!!
Today starts a new challenge at BBTB2. Our lovely and talented Brenda has chosen hearts and/or cupids for our theme. Simple Sunday

Happy Sunday everyone. I have a quick card for you today.
The Peachy Keen Stamps Blog  has an "anything goes" challenge which ends tonight. But I had this idea and decided to make it. That ever happen to you?
This really is a quick and easy card.

face - PK Dolly Dumpling face  stamp
I think it came out pretty cute. I think my grandson might give it to his teacher.

Laikyn's Luau

Hi, all. Today's card is for my great niece who will be 2 on the eleventh. Her party is Saturday, the 9th and it's a luau theme. My niece picked out cuts from Life's a Beach and Luau for her decorations.

Update:
Her party had to be postponed as her older brother and dad have the flu.  So we're trying for next Sat., the 16th. Glad she's only 2. She won't know the party is late. Now she's happy if you just give her a cookie.

Birthday card-son

Hi. Today is important in my life. Forty-two years ago today my first child was born. My life would never again be the same.
Today is my oldest son's birthday. He's interested in lots of things-music ,kayaking, fishing, golf, playing guitar among others. He even has a collection of guitars so I decided that would be the theme for his card this year.
Recipe:
Quarter Note - guitarist cut at 3.47, musical notes cut at 1.12 and .93, and guitar cut at 2.41

Get Well

Good morning, all. Hope you're all having a good week. I'm actually getting quite a bit of crafting done. I can use both hands and my mojo is cooperating. Yea!
I made a get well card for a neighbor who fell and broke her hip. She's 93 and they just moved her to a rehab hospital. But she's tough. I was glad to have a chance to use my new cart, Sophie.
Recipe:
Sophie - label 4-floral oval cut at 3.59, accent cut at 13.55 and 12.92
MS border punch - layered 3 times
paper is Studio G from Walmart and a little bling

Treat Boxes

Good morning. I have some treat boxes I made for my young grandsons. Since these boxes are for boys, I tried not to get too frilly. But... it is Valentines. You have to have a little pink, but no glitter or gems.
Here's the recipe:
CTMH Artiste - boxes cut at 3,47
Don Juan - welded names cut at 1.37
Plantin - tags-3 cut at 4.18 and 3 cut at 3.94
George - hearts cut at 1.41. 1.18 and 1.02

This is really a nice size box. It will hold a lot of goodies.

Heart garland

Hi, all. How are you this Sunday afternoon? It's been beautiful here the past 2 days. Tomorrow the rain is supposed to return.
I was inspired by a punch to do this card. I searched my carts for a heart shape that can be linked like the punch. I found one on Tie the Knot.
