Thank you

Hi. Hope your having a great week. Getting any crafting done?
I got some DT projects ready this week. I like to be ahead of schedule.so I don't freak out.
My hubby came in from golf with a nice new monogrammed golf towel. Seems one of the guys' wife does monogramming and she made one for each of them. So nice.
So I offered to make a thank you card.
Here's the card:
All Sports - golfer cut at 1.82, ball cut out at 3.59, FORE cut at 3.59
EDPD - golf course hole cut at 3.82
A tiny half pearl for the ball in the hole.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Love to read what you think.

Once again:

Hi, I'm back with the last project from Sunday.
This one is a little gift bag. The Scor-Pal blog had a tutorial for this one. It's made from 1 sheet of 81/2 X 11 sheet of paper.
I usually score and fold it  and that's it. But this one I decided to finish and embellish. Now ai have a bag all ready to go.
I decorated it with Spellbinders spiral flowers, Sizzix dies, punched leaves and a border punch. On back is a label for "to and from".

Thanks for stopping by. Hugs and God bless. Stephanie
A little edited version. I didn't have this ribbon when I posted. I like this one so much better.
Thanks

Hello Tuesday

Hello, everyone. I'm here with another project I did Sunday.
I cut a sample box for a project and I use it for leftover cuts. I was getting tired of the plain box, so I decided to decorate it a little bit.
I used Spellbinders gears, paper tape and a bow I made from strips of a magazine page.
So here's my box.

So thanks for stopping by. Hugs and God bless. Stephanie

Are you having a great weekend. Mine has been a little mundane and a little crafty. But...not a card.
In my blogging travels this week I came across teacup pincushions with stickpins in them. Since I have never made stickpins, why would I need a pincushion? So I decided I MUST make stickpins.
I have some old teacups from my mom and grandma but I didn't want to mess them up with glue.
I decided to use an empty salsa jar and decorated it with scraps. And these are my first 5 handmade stickpins.
Hope you like them. What do you think?

Thanks so much for dropping by.
Hugs and God bless. Stephanie

Happy Saturday

Hi, all. I have a quick cared for you today. I was a little under the weather a couple of days ago and made 5 cards.  This is one of them.
My grandson is going to the birthday party of a classmate. I needed something simple. and quick.
The card base is from the new cartridge, Simple Cards cut at 4". The Happy Birthday is from the new cartridge, Southwest and I can't remember what size I cut it. The balloons on the inside are a sizzix die and the label is Spellbinders.

Thanks for stopping by.

Anniversary card

Happy Thursday, everyone. I have a new card for you today. Don't tell anyone...I did not use my cricut for this one.
I wanted to play with my new toy - MS Circle Edge Punch. I really like it. I just wish  it made a smaller circle than 6 inches. Since I make mostly cards, I needed to make it work for me.
I used double sided paper and folded it. I also used Spellbinders tuck and fold and a couple of punches.
So this is what I came up with for my niece's anniversary card.

Thanks for stopping by. Love to hear your comments.
